In 2023, TeAM supported GC7 funding requests in 21 countries and C19RM phase 2 request in 9 countries, which respectively mobilised almost $1.5 billion (excluding PAAR) or 12% of the Global Fund’s GC7 allocation ($ 1.5/12.6 billion) and $232 million or 29% of the C19RM allocation ($232/800 million). The 21 countries supported for GC7 included 13 HIV components, 14 TB components, 8 malaria components and 12 HSS interventions. Four countries were supported to submit in window 1, 12 countries in window 2, 4 countries in window 3 and 1 country in windows 2 and 3. TeAM currently supports Grant Making phase in 14 countries. TeAM mobilised over 120 consultants for GC7 and C19 applications during 5216 days/man. This represents $30,000 to $1.1 million allocation mobilised per consultancy day, with an average of $299,000 per consultancy day.
